7 Sacraments of the Goddess
This is a simple, yet mystical roadmap for radical
self-commitment which will revolutionize your relationship
to Self, Others, and the Earth.
This work is for every woman who:
- Is tired. Is tired of being tired. And having your bank account, orgasms, and energy reflect that.
- Is tired of trying to fit herself into systems and structures too small to hold the Truth of who she really BE.
- Mothers, Healers, Priestesses, Witches, Creatives, Misfits, and "Good Girls" ready to re-member their biggness and take up space!
- For every woman ready to heal from Co-dependency.
- For every woman ready to rise as La Mujer que Sabe/She Who Knows
This process is simple, but not easy.
- These Sacraments can be used as a daily blueprint and guide or applied to unique situations on your path to Queendom.
- It is worth it. Because YOU are worth it.
- It gets to be good...right now!
Our Journey Together:
Every Sunday or Wednesday for 8 weeks we will will meet in sacred ceremony for a live 2hr transmission (We will explore 1 Sacrament per week, with a built in integration week.) Pick the day of the week that works best for you. Class size is limited to 10 women per group.
Class times:
Sundays: 10am PST/1pm EST
Wednesdays: 3pm PST/6pm EST
In our time together you will receive replays of our weekly live sessions, as well as integration support such as: recorded meditations, journal prompts, embodied exercises, one 1:1 session with me, and a special surprise box at the end!
*Note: you are allowed to miss up to 2 sessions during our 8week journey.

Sacred

You are worthy of accessing your power and making decisions from that place without apology. You are worthy of honoring your 'yes' AND your 'no.' You are worthy of trusting yourself and life. The Sacraments support your daily capacity to consciously choose the life of your dreams.
Your Sacred Guide

I am a doula in every sense of the word. The sacred role of doula dates back to ancient Greece and refers to a "woman who serves." Today this word typically refers to a birth-worker, someone who supports a woman as she gives birth to a baby, or tending to her in the postpartum. For me, however, I consider myself not just a doula of babies, but of life. Women deserve support at every stage of life, not just on the birth continuum, so I truly see myself as a Life Doula. My greatest passion is supporting women in the reclaiming of their sovereignty, sensuality, and inherent sacred nature. We are all divine beings having a human experience. And do I dare say, Queens, re-membering our Queendoms.
In addition to my doula work, I am a trained theatre artist, Qoya teacher, yoga teacher, dancer, and spoken word poet. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Drama Therapy. And I am currently writing the manuscript for the 7 Sacraments of the Goddess book! The root of who I am and how I serve is EMBODIMENT.
I believe that life gets to be GOOD. Like right now, not in some distant future. My aim is to hold space for your homecoming, Queen. To teach you simple, practical, but deeply creative, pleasurable and authentic ways of achieving that.
I look forward to breathing, dancing, feeling and co-creating with you.
